Which proxy regions are best for me?

For Shopify stores, we suggest Chicago, New York or Ashburn DC proxies.

Supreme we suggest using your home IP (aka, no proxy) or if you need to use proxies then use residential. 

Site24x7 is a useful tool to check website server locations yourself, simply type in the URL for the website you wish to check and it'll tell you the where the server is hosted.
